Delete your BrainScroll account

You can delete your account, and everything linked to it, at any time.

In the app

1. Open BrainScroll and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. It happens straight away and can't be undone.

Without the app

Email drscroll@brainscroll.app from the email address your account uses (for Sign in with Apple, that may be a private relay address) and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: your progress, answers, reviews, XP and trophies; your username, avatar, friends, friend requests, blocks, league places and reactions; your reports; analytics events; and your subscription status. Friends and league mates simply stop seeing you. Nothing is kept afterwards.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Unlimited subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
